My first commission of 2024 was a big one. My client came to me with a picture in mind to put on their guest bedroom wall. It matched the style of her house and fit this room perfectly! I recreated it in Procreate to get a high-resolution replica of the picture that I could project onto the wall. Over the course of 10hours I turned her blank wall into a vibrant mural!
Though this painting wasn't particularly challenging technically, the precision it took to keep all the lines crisp and get the polka dots lined up perfectly is what really took the most effort. In the end, it's one of the largest and nicest murals I've done to date. I'm very satisfied to see how far my skills as a painter have come over the years!
